Our Story

A simple idea with a clear purpose: make wellbeing easier to start.

EZ Wellbeing was built around the idea that emotional wellbeing does not always need to begin with something complicated. Sometimes people need a calm, practical and approachable tool that helps them pause, reflect and reset.

Why this resource was created

The mindfulness colouring book combines calming creative activity with CBT-inspired reflection. It gives schools, counsellors, students, parents and wellbeing users a simple way to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns without pressure.

Why This Book Was Created

Created from real experience in Irish schools.

As a teacher, chaplain, and counsellor working in Irish post-primary schools since 2013, I’ve witnessed the growing need for tools that support both student and staff wellbeing:

  • Rising levels of anxiety, stress, and lifestyle-related issues among young people
  • Increasing demand for structured wellbeing supports in schools
  • The integration of “wellbeing hours” into the national curriculum

This mindfulness colouring book is designed to meet that need — blending creativity with CBT-based reflection in a way that’s accessible, calming, and effective.

The Purpose of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you recognise and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
